Congratulations!
By now you've learned how to start conversations, share your Career Info Page, and connect with people who are interested in learning more.
Now it's time to help someone take the next step.
The good news is...
Remember... You're not trying to sell people. You're helping them make an informed decision that could save them money and improve their access to affordable healthcare.
Every person and every family is different. Before recommending a membership, take a few minutes to learn what's most important to them.
Ask simple questions like:
The more you understand their needs, the easier it becomes to recommend the right membership.
Pro Tip: People appreciate being listened to. Ask questions before giving answers.
Now that you understand what's important to them... recommend the membership that best fits their needs.
You don't need to memorize every membership or explain every option. Instead:
Remember: The goal isn't to recommend the most comprehensive membership. The goal is to recommend the membership that's the best fit.
Before sending your enrollment link... ask if they have any remaining questions. Taking a few extra minutes to answer questions helps people feel confident about their decision.
When they're ready, send your personal enrollment link using the template in the Enrollment Toolkit below.
Pro Tip: If you need assistance, invite your sponsor into the conversation. You're never alone.
Congratulations! Once someone enrolls, celebrate their decision. A simple welcome message helps build trust and starts the relationship on a positive note.
Use the Welcome Message template in the Enrollment Toolkit below to make them feel valued.
Pro Tip: People may forget what you said. They'll always remember how you made them feel.
Helping someone doesn't end after enrollment. It's just the beginning. Check in a few days later. Then check in again after they've had an opportunity to use their membership.
Ask how everything is going. Offer to answer questions. Celebrate when they use one of their benefits for the first time.
Satisfied members often become your greatest source of referrals because they trust the person who continues serving them after enrollment.
Use the Follow-Up Message template in the Enrollment Toolkit below to stay connected.
Keep these templates handy as you guide new members through their enrollment journey. Simply use them as-is or personalize them to match your style.

β€οΈ Remember
Every membership represents a person or family who trusted you to help them. You don't have to know every answer.
Listen first. Use the resources available to you. And if you ever need help, don't hesitate to reach out to your sponsor.
When you focus on serving people instead of selling them, trust naturally follows.
β€οΈ Listen. π€ Guide. π Serve.
